To promote responsible behavior and to raise awareness about the efficacy of condoms in preventing sexually transmitted diseases, Planned Parenthood in Columbia, Hilton Head and Beaufort is sponsoring condom giveaways at local bars, nightclubs and businesses, is distributing information on college campuses and is selling "condomgrams" at clinic sites.
